Before You Request a Booking

To help create a comfortable and well-supported experience for Stardale’s young women and Elders, hosts are responsible for providing appropriate space, hospitality and technical support.

Space & Hospitality

  • A private room with a closable door for rehearsal, warm-up and changing

  • A secure space for personal belongings

  • Access to mirrors and at least two electrical outlets

  • Bottled water and snacks for approximately 6-12 people, depending on the performance

For Drumming Performances

  • Two standing microphones, preferably cordless

  • Appropriate performance space for the drumming group and microphone setup

  • A drum rug may be required depending on the performance

Additional Requirements

Film screenings, interviews, smudging or prayer may require additional equipment or setup. Stardale will confirm the specific requirements for your event as part of the booking process.
